9. No Readings to be given to or given by anyone under 18 years of age. Anyone attempting to give a reading or accept one under the age of 18 years of age will be permanently banned from the site.
10. Spirit Talk will not be held responsible for anything that should happen if you enter your personal details on your members profiles. Hackers and Spammers can get a lot of information from very little detail.
11. All our chatrooms are recorded. this is set for the safety of both Staff & Users alike, This information is kept confidential, and will not be shared with anyone else, unless it is needed in some cases in the future.
12. Please follow the Guidelines of all the Staff Members. Failure to do so may result in you being ejected from the Forum, and this could be a permanent ban. A decision made by a Staff Member is Final! But in all cases the Site Owners Decision is Final!
13. Anyone who registers their User Name must give a Password, this Password and User Name must not be shared with anyone else, if it is found that you have shared your Password and or User Name you will be removed from our Members List.
14. These Chatrooms may be monitored by Staff at anytime without previous notice
15. Any person registering on Spirit Talk and posting or attempting to post Hard Core Porn will be deactivated and permanently banned. All details including email and IP addresses will be forwarded to the Police and |Authorities.
